A.Ingredients
Dimsum Skin
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 150 ml cold water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Dimsum Contents
- 250 grams of minced chicken meat
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten

Prepare Dimsum Skin
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add cold water little by little while stirring until it forms a smooth dough.
- Add sesame oil, knead until elastic. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Prepare Dimsum Fillings
- Mix minced chicken, scallions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well.
- Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until completely mixed.
Dimsum Form and Contents
- Take a piece of dimsum skin mixture. Flatten with a rolling pin.
- Place a small amount of the filling mixture in the middle of the dimsum shell.
- Fold the dimsum skin into a round shape and seal the edges.
Steamed Dimsum
- Heat the steamer over medium heat.
- Grease the base of the steamer with a little oil.
- Arrange the dimsum that has been made in the steamer.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes or until the dimsum is cooked.
Serve
- Remove the dimsum from the steamer, place it on a serving plate.
- Serve hot chicken dimsum with your favorite sauce.
